Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with BUONDí Sunshine Coast! Below you’ll find all the details about how we pack, process, and deliver your candle orders. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days of purchase.

During busy periods (like holidays or sales), please allow a little extra time. 

Shipping Within Australia

We ship via trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

 

  • Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (optional at checkout)

  • Standard Shipping is AUD$13

  • Express Shipping is AUD$16

  • Free Standard Shipping over AUD$79

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. 

International Shipping

Currently, we ship within Australia only.

If you’re outside Australia and interested in our candles, feel free to contact us — we may be able to help on a case-by-case basis. 

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Issues

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your parcel is delayed, please check your tracking number or contact the shipping provider first.
